The Union operates under provisions of the 1974 Health and Safety Act and produces a statement of
policy with respect to everybody who attends its meetings or is acting on behalf of the Union on another
person's or organisation's premises. The Union recognises the importance of each individual acting in
a responsible manner and co-operating in ensuring that the Health and Safety Policy and any
associated procedures are followed
